    20097月–20119月,北京大学化学与分子工程学院从事博士后研究,合作导师:高松 教授(中科院院士);
    201110月–20128月,新加坡南洋理工大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究,合作导师:张华 教授;
    20128月–至今,合肥工业大学工作,历任研究员(2012.8)、教授(2019.1)

    1)设计合成负载型协同催化剂促进各类小分子活化和有机转化;
    2)基于配体设计合成新型分子基磁性材料,包括:自旋交叉化合物、多功能磁性化合物及单分子磁体;
    3)新型香精香料的设计合成。
